About Carolyn Hawthorne


Carolyn Hawthorne is a Christian who loves to minister The Word through song to saints and sinners. The CEO of Speak Destiny Music Inc. A music based organization centered around promoting Christian growth and inspiration through the expression of excellence in music ministry. She is a Psalmist Songwriter, Producer and musician. Currently, she is the Minister of Music at the Circle of Love Ministries in Copiague NY. She in addition has a CD out by the name "Faith Confession."  God has blessed her to transform this CD into a Gospel play.  This play inspires and encourages all who attend. The presentation is one of a theatrical atmosphere where examples of Faith Confessions are given.  All the Faith Confessions are extensions of The Word Of God. 

A Personal Note From Carol

“To many times I see Christians who have attended church for a number of years.  However they still smoke or drink and have something that shows immaturity.  The world interprets this as a hypocrite but what it is really the person has not had that part of their lives touched by The Word of God.  Faith is produced by hearing The  Word.  So every time a person says The Word it becomes more of a part of them.  Where by success is produced by the Word of God.”

Ms Hawthorne is an extension of parents. Her father known to many as Chief Bey who's real name is James Hawthorne, was a great African percussionist and African Priest. Her mother Louise Hawthorne was a great opera singer. Both parents were in the folk opera Porgy And Bess.


She has graced the stage with many such as Hamiet Bluiett and her trip to Malian Italy, Tramaine Hawkins at the Bridge Street AME Church of Brooklyn NY, Bobby Jones New Artist Show Case at Fox Wood Resort in Connecticut . Recently she attended the "Freedom For All Conference" in London for at the Barking New Testament Church. Also her principal role in the Craig Harris Epic God Trombones at the Apollo Sound Stage Harlem NY Carol is also the Featured Vocalist for "The Word" an 18 piece big band Jazz band.  God has Great things destined for this great talent to the Glory of God!
