Winnie Benjamin is an International Empowerment Consultant and with a diverse background, she is enabled to help and encourage others to make holistic decisions.

With years of experience as a licensed clinical esthetician, tricologist and a holistic health and wellness counselor, Ms. Benjamin incorporates her skills to empower her clients.

She is currently the Executive Director of Health & Wellness Resources, Inc., a multi-discipline alternative health and wellness resource center that offers referral services for the enhancement and nurturing of mind, body and spiritual health. She is also the Health Minister of Carlos Court Ministries in Queens, NY and former empowerment presenter for the New York chapter of 4 Real Women International, Inc.
