BIO: Karen Booker
Karen Booker, a lifelong learner with over thirty years of experience in the real property operations and business services specializing in, policy analysis and operational diagnosis, instructional design, and Community/Social Education. She is the Managing Partner and Chief Learning Officer of The BeBe Group, a boutique business services consulting firm servicing NY metro’s small business community.
Ms. Booker served in various supervisory and managerial leadership positions within a municipal government agency. One of her major accomplishments was leading the national’s largest municipal education program where she developed and implementing comprehensive educational and collaborative programs aimed at improving the housing, health and overall quality of life for residents and property owners.
In Addition, Ms. Booker is a Certified Business & Executive Coach, Certified Independent Color Code Trainer and Certified Instructional Technologist. She holds a Masters of Science in Urban Affairs, Policy Analysis and Professional Management from New School University Robert Milano Graduate School, and is currently working on a PhD in Applied Management Decisions with a concentration in Leadership and Organization Change. She also is the Event Planner-Chair for several NYC Chapters of the National Association for Professional Women (NAPW). Her main focus is to bring a cadre of nationwide notable experts in field of Business Development and Management Sustainability to present monthly seminars to NAPW members.
